Agreement to Terms

By adding or using Whale Street ("the Bot", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you add the Bot to a Discord server, you confirm that you have the authority to do so for that server. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Whale Street is a market-simulation gamefor Discord. It turns a server's channels into tradeable stocks whose prices move with chat activity, and members spend play-tokens to buy and sell shares, collect dividends, and level up. It is played entirely inside Discord and is for entertainment only.

Virtual Tokens Have No Real-World Value

Tokens, shares, and any other in-game items are virtual and have no monetary value. They cannot be purchased with real money, exchanged for real money or anything of value, transferred outside the game, or redeemed. Whale Street is not gambling, a financial product, or an investment service, and nothing in it should be treated as financial advice.

Acceptable Use

When using Whale Street, you agree to:

• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Play responsiblyand fairly — don't spam channels to manipulate prices, harass other players, or use the game to surveil or shame members
• Not cheat, exploit bugs, or abuse the in-server economy for an unfair advantage
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to play or abuse the Service

Our Data Commitment

We run the market on activity metadata only. We do not read, store, or process your message content — no message text, direct messages, or attachments. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Whale Street, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our explicit permission.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may:

• Temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or updates
• Modify or discontinue features, or reset game state, at any time
• Limit access for anyone who violates these terms

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Whale Street is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It is a game for entertainment, and play-tokens and shares may be changed or reset at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including service interruptions, loss of game progress, the actions of other players, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Whale Street at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms. Server administrators may remove the Bot from their servers at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will note significant changes through our Discord support server.

Privacy

Your use of Whale Street is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use data.
