By using Whale Street ("the Bot", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

Whale Street is a Discord bot that creates a simulated stock market experience where Discord channels behave like tradeable stocks. The service includes:

• Virtual token economy for trading
• Channel-based stock simulation
• Leaderboards and statistics
• Market events and features

Important: All trading, tokens, and market activity within Whale Street are entirely simulated and have no real-world monetary value. This is a game for entertainment purposes only.

User Responsibilities

When using Whale Street, you agree to:

• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or abuse the bot or its features
• Not use automated tools or scripts to interact with the bot
• Not harass other users or engage in toxic behaviour
• Not attempt to manipulate markets through coordinated schemes

Virtual Currency

Tokens and other virtual items within Whale Street:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Cannot be exchanged for real money or goods
• May be modified, reset, or removed at our discretion
• Are not transferable between Discord accounts

Intellectual Property

The Whale Street bot, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without explicit permission.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may:

• Temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates
• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Limit access to users who violate these terms

Limitation of Liability

Whale Street is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of virtual currency or items
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Actions of other users
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Whale Street at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms. Server administrators may also remove the bot from their servers at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through our Discord support server.

Privacy

Your use of Whale Street is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.
